Job Purpose The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and support business growth. The role requires strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools to effectively promote 345 Office Space. Key Responsibilities • Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Create engaging content (posts, visuals, videos) to drive audience interaction and brand awareness. • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. • Coordinate with internal teams to support events, promotions, and client engagement activities. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Prepare monthly marketing reports and propose improvements based on data insights. • Support branding initiatives to strengthen the identity of 345 Office Space. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. • Strong knowledge of online advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. • Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
