Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support diverse business lines. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans. The Marketing Specialist will create and localize marketing content, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support sales initiatives, and monitor campaign performance. The role also involves managing customer feedback, helping improve customer experience, and preparing regular reports on marketing activities and results. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in Market Research, including data collection, competitor analysis, and identifying market trends. - Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support lead generation, campaign planning, and conversion efforts. - Ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a cross-functional, multicultural environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, basic analytics) is preferred. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
