JOB RESPOSIBILIES:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans while monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management, paid advertising, and performance analysis.
• Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing activations, events, and promotions in collaboration with sales teams.
• Track, analyze, and report key marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging through content creation, visual materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct periodic visits to resorts under management to ensure branding, promotions, and marketing strategies are effectively executed on-site
REQUIREMENTS:
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in crafting marketing campaigns.
