Schedule: 5/2 rotation, 8-hour shifts
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Media Buyer fluent in Khmer and English to negotiate and manage ad placements across websites and social media. You’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, track performance, and build long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Negotiate ad placements with website owners, social media admins, and platforms.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure partners follow agreements (e.g., fix missed banner days).
- Analyze social media stats (followers, engagement) to pick the best placements.
- Prepare budget requests and track spending efficiency.
- Solve issues independently (e.g., contact admins for missing posts or refunds).
Requirements:
✔ Must-have:
- Fluent Khmer & English B2 (written/spoken).
- Basic Excel (tables, formatting).
- Experience creating accounts and using VPNs/proxies.
- Strong negotiation skills — push for compensation if partners underdeliver.
✔ Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad tools.
- Understanding of KPIs (CPM, CTR).
