Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies
- Conduct analysis, market research and development
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make merchandising decisions
- Identify and select products to be sold
- Conduct products sourcing and negotiate with suppliers
- Identify competitor activities
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in merchandising, or a related field
- Deep understanding of merchandising principles
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, data analysis software, and merchandising systems
