1.Understand and comply to all CAMMA’s policies and procedures

2.Work closely with both colleagues inside and outside of IT Department to understand CAMMA’s requirements for the mobile applications to be created

3.Clearly identify both hardware and software requirements for the implementation of mobile application to be created.

4.Ensure safety and security for online application to be created

5.Received feedback and reports from users to fix or improve mobile application usage

6.Actively participate in the establishment or update on I.T. policy or/and procedures

7.Complete daily EOD and backup tasks for Core-Banking system timely and properly according to assigned shift

8.Cooperating with staff from all departments to study the requirements for mobile applications

9.Prepare application development proposal with clear requirements and functionality of the mobile application to be created

10.Develop and conduct primary testing for the mobile application to be created

11.Demonstrate and instruct users for User Acceptance Test on the mobile application to be implemented in Live environment

12.Make request for Live environment implementation with sufficient supporting documents

13.Support and handle all issues related to mobile applications

14.Contribute ideas and suggestions to solve CAMMA’s issues

15.Actively participate in activities and tasks assigned by Top Management team to achieve CAMMA’s goal

16.Conduct regular refreshment training for online application users to ensure it is being used correctly and efficiently

17.Participate in various training or workshop sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to your work in CAMMA

18.Self-educate on conscience, discipline, social ethics, honesty, and integrity to avoid internal conflict which would cause harm to CAMMA’s benefits

19.Actively participate in the betterment of capacity, knowledge, and behavior in accordance with CAMMA’s development

REQUIREMENT
1.Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science or other related fields.

2.At least 1-year experience on mobile application development for banking or related sector

3.Mobile application development for IOS and Android

4.Database analysis and management skills

5.The ability to publish mobile applications on AppStore and Google PlayStore

6.Security skill on Mobile Application

7.English writing, listening, and speaking skill

8.High motivation and being able to perform tasks without close supervision

9.Have good relationship with all levels of staffs and management team and being able to work efficiently as a team in a timely manner

10.Being creative with new ideas and being able to adapt to all kinds of situations

11.Being able to decide and solve problems efficiently

12.Must be diligent and loyal

13.High job responsibility and being able to work efficiently as a team

14.Abide all CAMMA’s policies and procedures

15.Willing to complete tasks in remote branches

16.Willing to cooperate, support, and share experience and knowledge to colleagues
