Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist in working with HOD to develop and update the SOP for all the departments
- Monitor the company SOP and reflect on its effectiveness
- Assist in conduct the annual internal audit
- Assist in review and revise the SOP to make sure they are all up-to-date
- Assist in clarify the SOP if there are gaps, errors, or misunderstandings
- Work with HOD to provide training on the new SOP or procedure

Form & Template
- Assist in working with HOD to develop new form and report template for all the departments
- Assist in revise the form and template and keep track of version changes
- Assist in conduct internal audit of form to make sure they are all being used correctly and proper document keeping

Management Reporting
- Assist in develop the management reporting for HOD and top-management
- Assist in prepare and post the MR on the schedule set timely and correctly
- Assist in present the MR to HOD and top-management if required

Dynamic 365 Business Central
- Assist in develop and update the user manuals of D365BC
- Assist in setup interface, control the access, and restrict permission for each D365BC user
- Monitor the usage of D365BC and ensure the users are using it correctly
- Coordinate with D365BC service provider to test the new deployment/enhancement
- Provide basic troubleshooting for D365BC issues
- Raise issues to the D365BC service provider and coordinate to resolve the issues
- Log all the D365BC issues, track the status, and prepare monthly report
- Provide D365BC training to new joiners and when requested by the users
- Purchase and control the D365BC license
- Assist in renew, review, and negotiate the contract with the D365BC service provider

Microsoft Office 365:
- Assist in develop and update the user manuals of MO365
- Assist in setup, control, and restrict permission of each MO365 user and team channels
- Monitor the usage of MO365 and ensure the users are using it correctly
- Provide basic troubleshooting for MO365 issues
- Raise issues to the MO365 service provider and coordinate to resolve the issues
- Log all the MO365 issues, track the status, and prepare the monthly report
- Assist in backup company information including files and email
- Provide MO365 training to new joiners and when requested by the users
- Assist in renew, review, and negotiate the contract with the MO365 service provider

Information Technology
- Coordinates with IT service provider to provide troubleshooting to the users, analyze the problem, fix problems that occurred, check the performance of all the devices, and provide tooltips and recommendations to users
- Log all the IT issues, track the status, and prepare the monthly report
- Assist in purchase IT equipment (laptop, desktop, CPU, UPS, printer and phone) and other licenses
- Control the handover/transfer/return of all IT equipment and make sure to update to MDO timely
- Assist in renew, review, and negotiate the contract with the IT service provider

Postpaid
- Coordinate with postpaid partner to purchase new number, renew Sim card, or close the number
- Assist in monitor the monthly usage and make sure it does not exceed the credit limit
- Control the handover/transfer/return of all sim cards and make sure updated in the contact list timely
- Coordinate with the postpaid partner to resolve issues if any

Others
- Other tasks assigned by Head of CCI and General Manager
Commit to achieve the department objectives and KPI set

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Internal Business, or related fields
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Data Analysis, Personal Assistant, Administration, or related fields
- Experience in training/coaching/project planning would be a plus
- Good speaking and writing in English and Khmer Language
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of ERP system or Dynamic 365 Business Central
- Knowledge of business model
- Creative problem-solving ability and passion for innovation
- Ability to analyze and review information effectively within required timeframes
- Ability to speak effectively with all levels of staff and with external parties
