*Job Title: Operations Assistant / Assistant to Director* *Company:* Soben Homes - Hospitality/Short Stay *Location:* Phnom Penh *Type:* Full-time *Salary:* $400- $600 *Language* Khmer fluent & English to report to Director *About the Role* We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant/Assistant to Director. You’ll be the “eyes on the ground” across housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, and accounts to make sure daily operations by each department is running smoothly and standards are met. This role is 70% field work + 30% admin. *Requirements* 1. *Experience*: 1-2 years in operations, admin, or hospitality preferred. Fresh grads with strong attitude also welcome 2. *Skills*: Basic Excel/Google Sheets, can take clear photos + write short reports in Khmer + English 3. *Attitude*: Detail-oriented, honest, proactive. You must be comfortable checking work and giving feedback to team *Key Responsibilities* *1. Housekeeping & Guest Experience* 1. Conduct spot checks on rooms to ensure cleaning standards are met 2. Follow up with housekeeping team on incomplete tasks or guest complaints 3. Report issues to Director with photos + action plan 4. Ensure all task assign by Director to housekeeping team are completed on time *2. Renovation & Maintenance* 1. Monitor work progress on site and ensure timeline + quality are met 2. Do final inspection with photos before sign-off/payment 3. Ensure all work assigned by Director are properly updated and complete on time *3. Marketing Support* 1. Track content posting schedule and task completion by marketing team 2. Flag delays or low performance to Director 3. Help coordinate small offline promo activities if needed *4. Accounts & Admin* 1. Check all invoices, claims, receipts from departments before sending to Director 2. Verify supporting documents: photos, quotations, delivery notes 3. Maintain simple expense tracking sheet for Director review 4. Assist with other admin tasks assigned by Director
