*Job Description:
• Develop and implement action plans to drive success in the target areas.
• Supervise and lead the technical staff to maintaining birdhouses.
• Provide guidance and direction for resolving technical issues.
• Lead the regional technical manager and area manager to providing safety measures for all Birdhouses.
• Review all technical expenditure requests and approved accordingly.
• Conduct training for the technical staff..
• Make weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Participate in meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
*Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in General Management or relate field.
• Able to travel and stay in remote areas.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years old.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Able to work well in a team.
* Benefits:
• 13th salary 50% of the base salary.
• Personal accident insurance coverage 24h.
• Annual salary increment.
• Entitled to 18 days of annual leave per year.
• Capacity building and training opportunities.
* ⏰Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break) Monday to Saturday.
