Intern - Customer Service
Job Responsibilities: Assist in deliver excellent customer service to residents by resolving enquiries and requests on a timely basis. Assist in responding to tenants by phone, email or messages on a timely manner Assist in administrative works such as e.g. parking cards, lost cards, venue rental, tenant move in/out. Other tasks as relevant and required. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/related skills. Good in Speaking and writing English Not require having experience.
