⭐️ Job Purpose: The Product Specialist for Socomec will be responsible for managing and promoting the Socomec product line (UPS, energy storage, and power management solutions). The role includes technical and commercial support, developing market strategies, driving sales performance, coordinating with the vendor, and ensuring strong customer and reseller relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Knowledge & Support o Develop in-depth knowledge of Socomec products, including UPS systems and energy management solutions. o Provide technical support to sales teams, partners, and customers. o Conduct product training for internal teams and resellers. 2. Business Development & Sales Support o Work with the Business Development team to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. o Assist in solution design, proposal creation, and quotation preparation. o Identify new business opportunities and key accounts. 3. Vendor Coordination o Act as a key contact point between AWS Cambodia and Socomec. o Request pricing, product availability, and technical clarifications. o Handle marketing fund requests, product roadmap updates, and support coordination. 4. Marketing & Promotion o Propose and execute marketing activities (campaigns, seminars, events). o Work with the Marketing team to create promotional materials and visibility in the market. 5. Inventory & Forecasting o Monitor inventory and work closely with the supply chain to manage stock planning. o Provide accurate forecasts based on market demand and project pipelines. 6. Reporting & Documentation o Prepare monthly sales reports and market feedback to management. o Track competitor activities and provide regular analysis. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in UPS, electrical, or energy solutions). • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Good understanding of power systems, UPS solutions, or energy management is a plus. • Fluent in English and Khmer (both written and spoken). • Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
