• 5–10 years in: Quality control / inspections / supplier management and Production follow-up in international supply chains • Proven experience with manufacturing partners in Southeast Asia or China • Background in luxury packaging, premium consumer goods, or comparable industries (strong advantage) • Strong knowledge of: AQL methodology and inspection standards, IQC / IPQC / FQC processes, and Materials and production techniques (paper, textile, soft goods) • Ability to interpret: Technical drawings, TDS and specifications, and Approved reference samples • Good in English & Chinese. • Willingness to travel extensively within Asia (50–70%) • Based in Southeast Asia (Cambodia preferred) • Comfortable operating across multi-category, multi-supplier environments • Western mindset, with strong sense of ownership and accountability • Highly detail-oriented, with sensitivity to luxury quality standards • Capable of working independently in a supplier-driven environment • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills • Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-drive
