Production Supervisor

Job Purpose Responsible for planning the work performance of QA staffs. Setting up for quality sampling plan, inspection plan, and quality measurement of raw materials, packaging material, in-process and finished products to be comply with the related regulatory, specification and standards. Respond to customer request or customer complaints including root cause analysis, make decisions and recommending solutions to solving the problems in an appropriate timeline.
Scope of Work 1. Conduct inspection and verification plan to control of processing, products during production and finished products both chemical, physical and microbiological parameter of F&N Foods (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd factory. 2. Responsible for effective implementation of quality systems in factory, managing GHPs , HACCP, FSSC22000 and support quality system that required by customer. 3. To do the document control system and ensures the maintenance of an effective information system where right information reach to all concerned in FNFC factories. 4. Summarize and analyze monitoring data, including verifying daily records. 5. To monitor and review the procedure in the factory which concern about GHPs , HACCP and Food Safety Management system. 6. Follow up and respond customer complaints and non-conforming cases, including root cause analysis, make decisions and recommending solutions to solving the problems. 7. Summary of customer complaints and non-conforming product data including analysis for root causes and make decision for corrective and preventive action. 8. Set up a quality management system for monitoring and verifying processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities 1. Verify products during the processing in terms of chemical, physical and sensory. 2. Verify control conditions in the processing such as temperature, time, and flow rate of the sterilization. 3. Verify finished products both chemically and physically parameters. Including setting up sampling plan for rechecking. and storage for retain sample to cover every production lot. 4. Verify quality of raw materials and packaging material in terms of chemistry, physical and microbiology. 5. Conduct hold and release product protocol for process or products which not meet specifications. Including coordinating with related section to identify the status. 6. Maintaining equipment and tools which used for quality inspection to be ready for use. 7. Monitor to analysis result of raw materials, packaging, products, and water which used in processing, both chemical and microbiological parameters. 8. Prepare a summary report for the results of inspection of raw materials, packaging, processing and finished products. 9. Setting, controlling, and monitoring verification activities which related to the processing. Including a summary verification report. 10. Submit finished products for annual analytical according to the legal, specification and standards. 11. Monitor for calibration of testing equipments according to calibration plan. 12. Identify and control assets and report to relevant persons. 13. Arrange work schedules for employees under the responsibility. 14. Conduct the verification of PRP Program of the production department and follow up on corrections in accordance with the specified time. 15. Prepare quality reports as assigned. 16. Control and inspect for raw materials, packaging, chemicals and related activities 17. Manage and establish various quality management systems for the factory to be certify 18. Organizing an internal audit plan, follow up replies and closing the CAR issue with in timeline. 19. To ensure that Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is fully implemented for central and in line laboratory in factory.
