About Us:

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team and manage project costs, BOQs, tendering, and contracts with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for signage projects.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to accurately estimate costs.
Liaise with the design, production, and installation teams to gather project requirements.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate with vendors for best pricing.
Prepare tender submissions and cost proposals for clients.
Track project variations, prepare cost reports, and manage budgets.
Assist in contract administration and project documentation.
Ensure cost control and value engineering practices are applied throughout project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits for measurement verification and progress assessment.
Coordinate with finance for project invoicing and payment certifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QS, preferably in construction, signage, or related industries.
Strong understanding of BOQs, materials take-off, and costing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and QS software tools.
Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions is an advantage.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Proficiency in Khmer / English (spoken & written).
