+Key Arears of Responsibility:
- Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to the real estate industry.
- Research trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to optimize content
performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design team and real estate agents to align content with
business goals.
- Create engaging social media posts (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Work with the production team to produce high-quality videos for property showcases, client
testimonials, and market updates.
- Develop marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, and listing descriptions.
- Produce content for marketing initiatives and product promotions
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy
- Track analytics to measure engagement and optimize content strategies.
+Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, or communications.
- Proven experience as a content creator in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and branding.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics is a plus.
