Smiling Gecko Cambodia is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Sale Administrator based in Kampong Chhnang province. Learn more about us on our website: https://www.smilinggecko.ch/en/ Main Responsibilities: - Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery. - Handle customer inquiries, support client relationships, and assist with basic complaints. - Track and follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Finance on payment status. - Support communication between Sales and Production to ensure smooth order processing. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer and sales data. - Assist with preparing and managing sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and contracts. - Support sales and marketing activities, including promotions, presentations, and client meetings.
