A. Sales Functions: - Regular visit to customers to build & maintain strong relationships with both new & existing customers. - Identify & create new customer for new oppportunities - Introduce customers on products and services, highlighting how they solve customer problems through presentations & demonstrations. - Maintan accurate records of all sales actvitites and sale results by weekly & monthly. - Follow up with competitor activities, price movement & market informations. - Prepare sales reports and work closely with manager to achieve target. - Solve customer complaints & receive customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. - Check stock or UIO & follow up with new SO or demand. - Follow up customers target & credits - Propose new creative ideas to sales supervisor for sale impovement. - To conduct others jobs as assigned by sales manager. B. Document Functions: - Prepare Sales Order from customers. - Daily input CRM activities plan and result. - Prepare weekly & monthly result present to manager. - Prepare and update customers' list correctly.
