Job Purpose
To lead, coach, and manage the home appliances sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of product knowledge, merchandising, and store operations in the home appliances section.
Salary Range: 500$-800$

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Management
• Set and break down monthly/quarterly sales targets for the home appliances team by product category (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cooking appliances).
• Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify slow-moving and high-potential products; recommend promotions, bundles, and cross-selling strategies to improve turnover.
2. Customer Service & Experience
• Ensure all customers receive professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service when choosing home appliances.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and difficult cases promptly and fairly, escalating to management when needed.
3. Store Operations & Merchandising
• Ensure all appliances are properly displayed, demo units are working, and price tags are accurate and visible.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse/supply team for reorders, and minimize stockouts and overstock.
4. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, stock reports, and activity summaries for management.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, pricing rules, return/exchange procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or consumer durables.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a sales team or leading a sales section.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, cookers, etc.) and ability to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Proficient in basic computer use (Excel, POS systems, or sales reporting tools).
• Service-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working Conditions
• Full-time position.
• May require shift work, weekends, and public holidays, especially during promotions and peak seasons.
