Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintain visual standards, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Assist in visual merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle returns and exchanges per policy.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Replenish stock and maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures including loss prevention and health & safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, preferably fashion or apparel.
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
