Job Description • Manage and follow up with customers from all sales channels, including walk-in, call-in, social media, company platforms, and personal leads. • Present, promote, and sell Mitsubishi vehicles by understanding customer needs and providing professional product and financial consultations. • Identify sales prospects, arrange appointments, conduct test drives, and actively follow up to achieve sales targets. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in compliance with company policies and sales KPIs. • Conduct effective sales negotiations and provide clear analysis on successful and unsuccessful sales to improve closing performance. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure proper management of the customer database. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, prevent complaints, and encourage repeat purchases and referrals. • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor information to support sales effectiveness. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market activity reports accurately and within deadlines.
