JOB RESPOSIBILIES
• Identify and target potential clients in corporate, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and travel trade segments.
• Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales calls and site inspections with clients.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Work closely with revenue management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hotel/resort or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Good knowledge of market segments (corporate, travel agents, MICE, etc.).
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English and Khmer
