I. Responsibilities - Determine the optimum size and structure of the distributors’ sales force as well as to establish balanced and manageable sales areas and territories - Manage and control the sales forces and develop their skills, ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are met - Formulate and maintain sales standard operating procedures and control mechanism such as basic call procedure, time management, effective coverage and work plan, etc… - Appoint, develop, and control distributors, SD & mini-SD, plan and organize training needs of their personnel and conduct periodic business. - Establish close liaison with marketing to exploit new products and other business opportunities, promotions, etc…. - Work with field personnel on a regular basis/frequency - To be permanently aware of competition activities at assigned areas and analyze - To continuously analyze the strength/weaknesses of the distributors and propose changes and improvements - Reports/discuss monthly sales performance of each territory and formulate strategies and action plans on how to improve them. - Prepare monthly sales objectives - Prepare PO planning (flexibility) - Stock weight must order weekly from SD (carton & container) - Distributor Manager work closely with supply chain manager to ensure that every PO must be issue every Wednesday of the week (& delivery is on Monday from HD to SD). - Perform other related functions as maybe assigned by Director/CEO II.
