*Job Description
-Develop or recommend Trade Promotions of the products and selling new sku/s to the trade
-Coordinate and collaborate with Principal or Marketing Representatives for any product requirements from the customer such as in-store promotions, support,etc.
-Regular coverage of the MT customers as aligned and agreed in the workplan
-To do alignment meetings with managers, owners and key personnel for any programs to be implemented to the MT outlets.
-Conduct a business review to the MT Key customers or to the Principal as requested periodically
-Lead, train and collaborate with field merchandisers and Brand Promoters (or PGs).
*Requirement
-Education: Bachelor's degree of any Business course or preferably Bachelor's degree related to Sales and Marketing
-Experience: preferably with at least two to five (2-5 )years supervisory experience in Sales or Marketing position and 2 years experience in Modern Trade.
-Skills: Excellent communication skills,English Language comprehension,Leadership training,Computer literate
