The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and expanding customer relationships in Sihanoukville. The role focuses on visiting potential and existing customers, promoting products, achieving monthly targets, and supporting channel growth. Ability to speak Chinese is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers in Sihanoukville to promote and sell company products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other trade partners
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers; expand the customer base
- Recommend product features, pricing, and promotions based on customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume/value)
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Support order processing, follow up on deliveries, and resolve basic customer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/logistics/marketing) for smooth execution
- Submit regular sales reports and activity updates to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Must know Chinese (spoken and/or written)
- Experience in field sales, FMCG/F&B sales, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidence
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel within Sihanoukville and work flexible hours if needed
