Job Title: Sales Supervisor (FMCG)
Company: Emerging World Co., Ltd.
Location: House Unit-008, Block-J03P05, Grand Phnom Penh, Street S98, Sangkat Khmuonh, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and market coverage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territories.
Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
Execute trade promotions and company sales strategies.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales supervision.
2.Strong leadership and communication skills.
3.Good knowledge of Phnom Penh and relationship with wholesales.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
