Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales conversions. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns or complaints, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services.
