ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting field visits to facilitate collaboration, and
provide customers’ supports
▪ Seeks consistently new customers in order to help build the customer base and increase sales results.
▪ Customer issue/complaint reports
▪ Ensures that all collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms
▪ Identity and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary sales
plans
▪ Prepare quotation, contract, and delivery arrangement by coordinating with customer, and relevant
internal/external parties
▪ Able to travel to provinces around 50-70% of the time
▪ Progress tracking on road projects construction
▪ Research on overall road pavement (asphalt) projects in Cambodia, estimate asphalt demand on those
projects.
▪ Understand asphalt products and its application.
▪ Cooperate with other departments (Operations, Production, Logistic, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery of
products and services to customers
▪ Prepare all document related sales and provide to other teams on times.
▪ Monthly report to sales manager
▪ Other tasks assigned by sales manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
▪ Cambodia driving license
▪ Bachelor degree in sales or related field especially construction
▪ 3-5 year experience in sales
▪ Can do attitude and open minded
▪ Strong negotiation interpersonal skills
▪ Flexible to travel
▪ To maintain record of sales data, customer database, and market information.
▪ Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
▪ English is a must and Chinese is a plus
