*Responsibilities:
• Stay updated on available car models and inventory in Liberty Carz app.
• Explain car options and services to customers and partners.
• Understand the client requirements and provide solutions based on their requirement by explaining the features of certain vehicles
• Guide customers in choosing the right car based on their needs and preferences.
• Communicate with customers via email and social media to provide quotes and follow-ups.
• Assist customers with test drives, explaining car features and benefits.
• Close sales by addressing customer concerns and finalizing contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and merchants.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
*Requirements:
• Degree in Sale, Business Administration or related field
• 1+ year of sales experience in automotive, real estate, insurance, or luxury products
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of social media and automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
