• Deliver a high-level customer service to active and potential customers of the company • Maintain accurate and organized customer profiles • Use a variety of skills, including negotiation, consultation, communication (both oral and written), attention to detail, and following up, in order to close deals • Understand and retain information about sales projects (prices, payment terms, unit number and size, added-value potential, and facilities) • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sale reports to the sales supervisor/manager • Execute other sales-related duties as deemed necessary by the sales supervisor/manager
