Job Summary Huawei Device Cambodia is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage regional sales operations for our electronic device business. This role will oversee Area Managers, drive sales strategies, support dealer relationships, and ensure strong market growth for products such as laptops, tablets, smartphones, and smartwatches. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise Area Managers responsible for dealer sales in different regions. • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. • Support Area Managers in resolving sales, operational, and dealer-related issues. • Assist Area Managers in communicating and negotiating with dealers when necessary. • Monitor sales performance across regions and ensure targets are achieved. • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for Area Managers. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy. • Work closely with internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to support sales initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
