The Service staff will be in charge of, greeting and meeting all customers to ensure about satisfaction. • Provide excellent customer service • Greet customers and present menus • Make suggestions based on their preferences • Take and serve food/drinks orders • Up-sell when appropriate • Arrange table settings • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times • Deliver checks and collect payments • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Good time-management skills JOB REQUIREMENT • Basic English • Flexible • Team player Team work • Active listening • Have 1-2years experience will be considered a plus
