Key Responsibilities
• Develop monthly content plans and content calendars.
• Generate creative, brand-focused content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Design static social media content using tools such as Canva.
• Create basic video content and edits using CapCut or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions in line with the brand's tone and objectives.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts through Meta Business Suite and TikTok.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Good understanding of Meta Business Suite and TikTok platform management.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills in both Khmer and English.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute content independently.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and audience engagement.
