🎯Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage spare parts sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
* Develop sales strategies to increase spare parts business and market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer demand
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management
* Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to customer inquiries
* Support team training, coaching, and performance improvement
✅Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years experience in spare parts sales or sales management
* Strong knowledge of truck, machinery, or automotive spare parts
* Good leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
* Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and sales systems
* Good command of Khmer and English
✅Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, or truck industry is an advantage
* Valid driving license is preferred
* Strong customer network in spare parts business is a plus
