1. Daily Store Operations & Visual Excellence Opening & Closing: Complete daily checklists for cleanliness, alarms, and POS. Grooming: Enforce strict uniform standards and early arrival. Merchandising (VM): Check displays daily to verify stock, high-value items, and active campaigns. Atmosphere: Maintain lighting, music, safety exits, and CCTV function. 2. Personnel Leadership & Performance Management Scheduling: Publish rosters 1 month in advance for floor coverage. Training: Conduct new-hire onboarding and technical material training. Briefing: Instantly share marketing updates and promotions with staff. Coaching: Hold monthly reviews to improve sales and conversion rates. 3. Inventory Control & Loss Prevention Shipments: Personally verify deliveries against POs and report damages. Counting: Lead weekly/monthly counts to prevent stock shrinkage. Defectives (RMA): Tag, isolate, and return damaged items to warehouse. Loss Prevention: Train team on customer tracking and safety signals. 4. Financial & Administrative Management Cash Handling: Enforce daily till reconciliation and secure deposits. Reporting: Submit daily reports on sales, traffic, and conversions. Vendors: Supervise all third-party contractor and maintenance visits. 5. Customer Experience (CX) & Loyalty Integration Interaction Rule: Push customers to test product features to hit a 4.8-star rating. Loyalty Drive: Assist with online warranties and promote active discounts. Complaints: Resolve pricing or quality issues using global warranty rules.
