Supervisor required with engineering background

Candidate will oversee the production team and use your engineering knowledge to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be working hands-on in our workshop to coordinate production activities and solve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the design team to understand each project’s requirements. Prepare production drawings and plans. Supervise the full production workflow: forming, painting, and final production. Manage staff to ensure production, packing and delivery meet standards and deadlines. Plan and organize materials, ordering lists, schedules, and all production tasks for workers. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and efficient team operations. Solve any technical or production issues that arise. Monitor and make progress reports on daily basis and report to management.
Requirements: Engineering background (mechanical, industrial, or related field). Experience with AutoCAD and some knowledge in production will be prefered. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to plan, multitask, and meet deadlines.
