Main Duties:
- Undertake induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for all Teacher’s Assistants.
- Give assignments and supports to all Teacher’s Assistants.
- Plan and lead the supporting works of Teacher’s Assistants in the Organizing and Physical Teams for each school event.
- Comply with all policies and procedures particularly those relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality, data protection and equal opportunities.
- Have ability to adapt quickly and effectively, to changing circumstances/situations, to use own initiative and work independently as well as have a positive approach to problem solving, to work calmly under pressure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, in English, Administration Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a Teaching Assistant role within an educational environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English language. Ability to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Experience in supporting classroom instruction, preparing learning materials, and assisting with lesson plans.
- Knowledge of child development, patience, and a passion for education are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing classroom needs and environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
