My team, as a Technical Customer, accompanies all stages of the construction of the project, maintains reports to you and, upon completion of the work, puts the finished object into operation.
Tasks we solve:
* We involve all contracting organizations that are necessary for the implementation of all stages of construction.
* We carry out tender events to attract general contractors for the implementation of the project.
* After the conclusion of the contract, we control all work on the implementation of the project by the general contractor, for example, procurement, construction work, and so on.
* Accepts all work for his customer and voices all comments.
* Upon completion of construction, the technical customer puts the building, office or other premises into operation together with the general contractor.
