Job Requirements: 1. Technical Manager (Cambodian National) • Language Skills: Native Khmer speaker with fluent English proficiency, capable of seamless written and verbal communication with the NBC (National Bank of Cambodia). • Industry Background: 3–5 years of experience in local banks or licensed Payment Service Institutions (PSIs). Must have participated in full integration projects involving the Bakong system or KHQR. • Compliance Expertise: Familiar with NBC application procedures related to the Bakong system, with experience preparing and submitting relevant technical compliance documentation. • Core Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the underlying blockchain architecture based on Hyperledger Iroha, and familiarity with API integration, digital certificates, key management mechanisms (Key Holder mechanism) and cyber security. 2. Technical Development / Operations Personnel • Core Skills: Proficient in RESTful API development and network security, including dedicated line/VPN setup and data encryption. • Business Experience: Familiar with mobile application development (Android/iOS) or Payment Gateway (web-based payment gateway) development.
