JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Handle visa applications of the assigned destinations/services
- Professionally communicate with clients on application filing and visa appointment
- Assists clients at consular offices/visa centre for application submission/bio metric collection
- Collect & check visa results and update to Dest. Op, Sales & Services.
- Prepare group tour name list, guarantee letters & employee confirmation for visa applications
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
- Essential 2 years of experience in the visa sector
- Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
