Description

1. Warehouse Operations • Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. • Ensure FIFO and FEFO inventory management standards are maintained. • Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations regularly. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards. 2. Logistics & Delivery Management • Plan efficient delivery routes and coordinate dispatch schedules. • Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics issues promptly. • Ensure proper documentation including DO, invoices, and POD. 3. Inventory & Stock Control • Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or overstock situations. • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems. • Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues. 4. Team Supervision & Development • Supervise warehouse operators, pickers, packers, and drivers. • Conduct daily shift briefings and performance monitoring. • Train new employees on SOPs and safety standards. 5. Health, Safety & Compliance • Promote and enforce PPE and warehouse safety standards. • Conduct safety inspections and equipment checks. • Ensure compliance with EHS and transport regulations. 6. Reporting & Communication • Prepare warehouse and logistics performance reports. • Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records. • Coordinate with production and customer service teams.
