We are looking for a motivated and experienced staff member to help run a small food & beverage operation in front of our shop (located at 50 Mao Tse Toung Blvd 245) in Phnom Penh. The work is simple and ideal for someone with hands-on experience in preparing and selling drinks or light meals. Responsibilities ㅇ Prepare and sell basic food and beverages (e.g., iced coffee, iced tea, sandwiches, etc.) during morning hours and busy periods ㅇ Operate a small stand or cart in front of the shop ㅇ Help develop a simple menu and improve offerings over time Requirements ㅇ At least 1 year of experience in food or beverage preparation (e.g., café, street vendor, food stall, etc.) ㅇ Willingness to start small and grow with the business ㅇ Basic communication skills in English or Korean are a plus Additional Notes ㅇ The employee is expected to manage sales and be motivated to generate profits ㅇ Salary starts at $300/month.
