General Manager (Hospitality)

JOB RESPOSIBILIES: • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. • Lead and mentor department heads and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Maintain high service standards, address guest concerns, and enhance overall experience. • Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies by integrating personalized service touchpoints, real-time feedback systems, and cross-departmental performance metrics to consistently enhance the overall guest experience and drive higher satisfaction rate. • Implement and monitor standards to exceed expectations. • Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control measurement. • Monitor occupancy rates, and other key performance indicators. • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize occupancy rates and revenue. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and attract target markets. • Ensure adherence to local laws, health regulations, and environmental policies. • Develop long-term business strategies to enhance resort reputation and profitability. • Oversee resort sustainability efforts and eco-friendly practices. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.. • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in hotel or resort management • Experience in increase customer satisfaction rate. • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Financial acumen and budget management expertise. • Problem-solving and crisis management capabilities. • Knowledge of sustainability practices in hospitality. • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. • Familiarity with hospitality software and booking systems.
