🟠 JOB OPPORTUNITY: GENERAL MANAGER 🟠
💵 Salary Range : 1500$-2000$
📍 Location: Boeun Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 🕒 Position Type: Full-time | 8:00am-5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments. • Design and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence. • Maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize operational expenses. • Develop and enforce organizational policies and standard operating procedures. • Promote a productive work environment and encourage employee development and performance. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires. • Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows and financial outcomes. • Lead the performance management and employee assessment process. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance and progress reports to executive leadership. • Identify and resolve critical business challenges, including profit decline, internal conflicts, and market competitiveness. • Develop, execute, and assess key business strategies that support organizational growth. • Collaborate with other executives, department heads, and teams to develop effective solutions. • Act as the primary support for department leaders in finance, marketing, and sales. • Work closely with HR and use industry insights to revise and refine policies and procedures. • Perform executive-level assignments and strategic tasks as delegated by the CEO or Board of Directors.
Qualifications: ✅ BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus ✅ Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience in a similar role ✅ Language: (English) ✅ Experience in planning and budgeting ✅ Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) ✅ Strong analytical ability ✅ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
