I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor drivers' vehicle operations on the road through the GPS tracking system and contact drivers who have parked along the road for extended periods.
• Ensure all GPS status is active and work with GPS supplier on any broken.
• Contact to drivers to inquire about irregular driving behavior and locations that have been flagged.
• Coordinate with the team to determine location and timing to reconnect the GPS system.
• Record mileage accurately and timely for fuel tracking, and create video documentation when the vehicle encounters issues.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly GPS tracking reports to the inspection department head.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
II. REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any other relevant field.
• Experience in data report (GPS Tracking system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline.
• Excellent communication skills Analytical self-starter.
• Good geographic knowledge of Cambodia area.
• Road transport background preferred.
