- Local Cambodian Good Vietnam / Basic English
- Familiar with HR operations, with experience in HR or related document processing
- Proficient in Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT) to improve work efficiency
- Patient, passionate, and helpful, with strong teamwork skills
β‘οΈ Job Description:
- Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Assist in administrative HR tasks
- Responsible for general document processing and archiving
- Assist in solving daily office administrative issues
- Participate in employee relations tasks, such as satisfaction surveys and interviews, to improve workplace atmosphere
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and a strong service spirit to support the team
- Efficiently complete various tasks assigned by the supervisor, showing excellent teamwork skills
- Handle income tax declaration
- Assist in HR administrative tasks
- Provide cross-departmental support
π‘Basic Salary:500$ - 700$ (negotiable for outstanding performance) + Monthly KPI performance bonus
π Company Benefits:
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 4 days off per month
- Annual Leave: 18 days
- Seniority Bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June & December)
- Overtime Pay: Calculated separately
- Meal Provided: 1 meal per day
- Housing Allowance: None
- Personal Leave: 10 days
- Marriage Leave: 8 days
- Maternity Leave: 90 days (half salary)
