HR Supervisor (Female)

Job Summary: The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. This role involves supervising recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while supporting strategic HR initiatives. I. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. - Organize and lead orientation and onboarding programs for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records and HR systems. - Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. - Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally. - Ensure implementation and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws. - Oversee the performance appraisal process and support employee development plans. - Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures. - Collaborate with department heads to align HR support with operational needs. - Provide regular reports and updates to HR Manager or upper management. II. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in HR, including supervisory or lead responsibilities. - Strong understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
