Interior by Veneer currently looking for potential candidate of Interior Sales (Project Focus) who base in Phnom Penh City.
Position: Interior Sales (Project Focus)
Job Responsibilities:
To present to potential customers with sale proposals. Developing company sale strategies and managing sales proposals to company existing and potential customers including as below:
• Presenting sale proposals to potential customers
• Spot Project on the site, PP city, maximum 4 or 5 projects per day.
• Evaluating customer needs
• Selling company products or services
• Educating customers on products and services
• Developing effective sales strategy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sale performance
• Maintains client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance and
monitoring &good relationships with customers
• Conducting market and industry research
• Negotiating with existing and potential customers
• Maintaining records of sales leads
• Resolving customer complaints
• Collaborating with the marketing department
• Maintaining records of sales leads
• Other task assigned from directed above management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree BA or BS from four-year college or university; or one to two years related
experience/training.
• Instructions, and procedure manuals to write routine reports and correspondence. Speak
effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. to apply concepts of basic.
• Solving practical problems and deal to close with clients.
Key Attribute:
• Responsible for proactive selling to new and existing clients by receiving inquiries into the
business and converting ideas to remodeling projects.
• Responsible for achieving target dollar volume of quarterly and annual sales goals, as set my
sales Manager.
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery, and production techniques.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional journals; establishing personal networks, and participating in
professional societies
• Identifies and recommend changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results,
competitive developments, and remaining current in market trends.
• Negotiating with existing and potential customers
