Internship – Content Producer, Social Commerce Sauber Advanced Materials | Phnom Penh | Full-time preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Content Producer to create high-impact social media videos and livestreams that convert viewers into customers. You will own end-to-end production—from concept and scripting to on-camera presentation, editing, and performance optimization—across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels.
Market: Cambodian > Ideal a Khmer native speaker or fluent Khmer required
Key Responsibilities
 Produce short-form video ads, product demos, and livestreams that meet revenue targets.  Translate product features into concise value propositions and compelling storylines.  Plan and execute flash deals on TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, and other social-commerce platforms.  Monitor analytics and improve conversion rates.  Coordinate promotion calendars, product launches, and inventory with the e-commerce team.  Develop creative concepts—bundles, challenges, UGC initiatives—to accelerate follower growth and sales.
Required Qualifications  Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or livestream content, preferably with a sales focus.  Solid understanding of social-commerce funnels and basic digital analytics.  Strong storytelling, copywriting, and on-camera presentation skills.  Working knowledge of video editing software (must be available).  Ongoing studies in Marketing, E-Commerce, Media, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience is of advantage.
