IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls), and data centers. - Ensure continuous operation of building-wide internet, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and tenant IT support infrastructure. - Manage CCTV systems, access control, and security systems including biometric or RFID solutions. - Provide or oversee IT support for tenants’ connectivity (LAN, internet, and network configurations). - Coordinate structured cabling for new tenants and ensure smooth onboarding of their IT needs. - Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for tenant-related IT services. - Implement regular data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity protocols. - Develop and enforce IT security policies (e.g., data privacy, password policies, firewall rules). - Monitor and defend against cybersecurity threats. - Ensure compliance with local data protection and cybersecurity laws. - Lead, mentor, and manage IT technicians and support staff. - Develop SOPs and documentation for IT procedures, inventory, and troubleshooting guides. - Coordinate with HR and Admin for onboarding/offboarding IT setup. - Liaise with external IT service providers, ISPs, hardware suppliers, and software vendors. - Evaluate technology proposals and manage IT procurement and budgets. - Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory including warranty tracking. - Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in real estate, facilities, or property management. - Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, CCTV, access control systems, and cloud technologies. - Familiar with Microsoft 365, backup systems, cybersecurity tools, and helpdesk platforms. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver timely solutions. - Experience managing Fiber optics and structured cabling.
