IT Support Supervisor

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners etc., - Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions. - Manage network configurations to ensure that all computers on a network can communicate effectively. - Upgrade software, patches and operating systems on a continuous basis. - Install and configure monitors, keyboards and printers. - Solve troubleshoot hardware and software problems. - Act as a technical resource in order to assist users with resolving computer issues. - Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software. - Keep updating IT inventory. - Train users on new software. - Analyze network problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures. - Able to solve and provide quick IT solution to our end user. - Obtain all the IT related basic software. - Excellent to provide and maintain database from Server. - Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet deadline. - Establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the company server system. - Check CCTV weekly and report about the errors. - Perform other tasks as assigned by IT Manager or CEO.
